D-com Partner is a comprehensive Flutter-based Multi-Vendor Marketplace Mobile Application designed to connect businesses, agents, and customers through a unified digital commerce platform. As a Mobile App Developer, I was responsible for developing three dedicated mobile applications along with a powerful Laravel Admin Panel, delivering a complete marketplace ecosystem for Android and iOS users.

The platform consists of three user-specific applications:

• D-com Customer – Browse products, manage orders, and shop from multiple businesses.
• D-com Agent – Promote products, earn commissions, invite new users, and grow their referral network.
• D-com Business – Manage products, inventory, orders, and business operations through an intuitive mobile application.

Business owners can easily upload and manage their products, making them instantly available for customers to discover and purchase. Customers can explore products from multiple vendors, add items from different businesses to a single cart, and place orders through a seamless checkout experience.

The D-com Agent App introduces a unique referral-based commission model. Agents can share product links with customers, earn commissions on successful purchases, and generate additional income by inviting new agents to join the platform. This multi-level referral system helps businesses expand their reach while creating new earning opportunities for agents.

A robust Laravel Admin Panel provides administrators with complete control over the marketplace. The admin dashboard includes advanced analytics and reporting features, enabling administrators to monitor platform performance through insights such as top-performing agents, highest commission earners, most active businesses, best-selling products, referral statistics, and overall marketplace growth.

The platform integrates secure payment processing through Stripe, supports multiple languages using Language APIs, and leverages Google APIs to enhance user experience with location-based features and other Google services. The mobile applications were developed from Figma UI/UX designs, ensuring a modern, responsive, and intuitive experience across both Android and iOS devices.
